Project overview

The brief

When Britax Römer originally approached us, the challenge was to create a suite of furniture suitable for a wide variety of available spaces and footprints within stores, whilst taking into consideration some limited access for delivery and installation.

The process

With the brief in mind, we worked hard with our CAD Technician and shopfloor teams to produce a standardised modular system which could be arranged in a variety of formats. Whether it be a wall fixture or floor fixtures to be shopped all round, to house their products ranging from big car seats and fully built pushchairs to packed accessories.

The finishes

This simplistic design was created using multiple finishes to give the unitary a premium look. White MFMDF laminated unit with white spray-painted slotted panels, mild steel powder-coated gloss white plinths completed with spotlights and vinyl header logos and full height foamex graphics bought the display to life.

The highlight

The focus of the fixture for was the incorporation of a pull-out display shelf to demonstrate the Flex Base iSense which is a rotatable base for easier access when placing or removing your child in and out of the car seat.
