Our efficient manufacturing practices optimise productivity, maintain quality and meet our customers’ needs in a productive and effective manner.

Our primary manufacturing factory houses our comprehensive range of machinery, spray booths and electrical facilities that aid our talented shopfloor staff to make your projects come together. We also employ more skilled personnel and machinery in a secondary site. Both locations are within 200m of each other based in Leicester, conveniently located next to the M1.

Working with various textures and materials

Our team of smart and capable employees have a wealth of experience and knowledge working with a wide variety of materials, including woods, laminates, acrylics, glass, metal and solid surfaces. Bringing different finishes together to create beautifully finished displays, whether it is a unique POS or a batch production rollout.

Our process

Brought together with teamwork

Working closely with the CAD Technicians, Estimating and Buying teams, our expert shopfloor staff manufacture and physically bring your fixtures to life. Using different skills and experience we create exquisitely finished fixtures.

From drawings to fixtures

Bringing all the materials and elements of a display together from woods to glass and print to lighting, we love to experiment with different finishes resulting in stunning concessions and point of sale. Whether it is bespoke or volume production, we put in every effort into every project.

We have an in-house team of experienced CAD Technicians who offer precise and detailed visual representations of your concept or project. Our expertise spans all stages of the process including developing a design to producing full drawing packages, material procurement and machine programming.

Delivery & installation

Crucial to the retail industry, we have a flexible approach to meet install dates and tight deadlines. We are proud to have a fleet of vehicles to aid our own skilled joiners and electricians to deliver and install large rollout contracts and bespoke builds to delivery only projects and fully fitted and merchandised sites.
