Whilst we recruit new personnel for our Technical Drawing office, we asked our apprentices and recently qualified joiners if they would like to learn more about AutoCAD to hopefully give them opportunities for the future.
As a result, we had 5 recruits for a workshop to show them the AutoCAD basics to assist with their understanding of the drawings provided to them for production.
We feel that all individuals should have the opportunity for growth within the company and with this introduction it will hopefully give people the chance to learn more and move departments in the future, if they would like to.
A big thank you to Rob who has taken the time to teach Kian, Malik, Jayke, Harvey, Mason and Illsley. So far, the feedback has been great with following comments:
