A Word From Our Managing Director

The last 18 months have been exceptionally buoyant for Antone and we would like to acknowledge the support that we have had from our many customers in all sectors. 2008 seems to be bringing a mixed bag of national and industry predictions. Whilst the global credit crunch obviously impacts the retail sector, many of our key contacts are still planning a hectic year. Ambitious new stores as well as refurbishment plans are already impacting  Antone in 2008, and we are maintaining a philosophy of 'bucking the trend' whilst remaining very conscious of keeping costs in check.

Having completed a record-breaking year in 2007, we remain adamant that quality is critical. We can commit going forward that we will not compromise on that which we deliver, even when faced with extreme pressure to deliver faster, cheaper projects. I would hope that Antone remains competitive and provides a speedy service, even if we are sometimes asked to deliver a miracle too many!

In the spirit of continual service improvements and increased efficiencies we have acquired an additional factory facility, close to Key House. This provides us with a flexible area for assembly, pre-delivery storage or long-term customer storage.

Lastly, but most importantly, we would like to again thank all Antone personnel. The combined efforts of the people who work within the company produces the finished goods that we deliver and without the dedication and attention to detail of everyone, we would be just another shop fitter. Hopefully, we are regarded as much more than this and will continue to build on our good name for many years to come.
